Every now and then I do a podcast with a tool in it. This is one I wish i had been aware of years ago when I was going through my dark period. It may very well have made things a little clearer and my ability to cope a bit better.

A moment is defined as a period of time measuring two and a half minutes. It's amazing what can happen in a moment!

Einstein is quoted as saying that 'the definition of insanity is doing the same thing and expecting a different result'. We do the same thing every day and expect things to get better. Delusional. We need to break the cycle and consciously change things or it's groundhog day.

Our actions, words and thoughts set us up for success or failure. Which are you doing?

We've all watched hypnotists and the like at live events, TV shows and even at street performance events. We've all thought how amazing it is to be able to influence how people behave. The funny thing is we can all influence how people react to us and behave. It's dead easy and I can show a couple of things that will make people nicer to you, give you better service when you are out and even have an effect on peoples days after you've left their company.

A number of years ago I went to a seminar by a wealthy man who spoke about his journey. During the seminar he asked this question in regard to our journey and growth. The more I thought about it, the more it made sense. Now I try to scare myself or excite myself regularly.

It is something that a lot of people do regularly and with little effort. 'I'll do it tomorrow' is a common phrase. When it comes to the important things in life, like health, relationships, peace of mind, wealth, we tend to keep putting it off. We shouldn't. That's what this podcast is about.

Yes, I have asked you how big is your but? I don't mean your butt, backside or buttocks. I mean your but. Listen in and you'll see what I mean.

These days we are surrounded with an overabundance of information about drugs. Illicit drugs, illegal drugs, pharmaceutical drugs, addictive drugs, drugs that are destroying our society and our lives. But, there are drugs that they don't warn us about. Ones that cause a greater, more insidious level of damage to each of our lives.

There is an old saying that the quality of your answers is determined by the quality of your questions. Therefore, poor questions, poor answers; great questions, great answers.

take it with you

Iphone_trans Listening to podcasts on your mobile devices is extremely convenient -- and it's what makes the podcasting medium so powerful.

You can take your favorite shows and mixes with you anywhere, but to do so requires some quick and simple steps.

Let's walk you through that process together.
step 1:

Click the "Subscribe With iTunes" link in the page's sidebar:

This will require that you have the iTunes software on your computer.

(You can download iTunes here.)
step 2:

Now that you've subscribed to the podcast on iTunes, the feed will display in your "Podcasts" section on the left navigation bar.

Click there and you'll see the show displayed in the iTunes browser.

You can "get all" to download all available episodes or just individual episodes.
step 3:

Plug your mobile device (iPhone, iPad, iPod) into your computer with the Dock Connector cable, and click the device in iTunes's left navigation bar.

Once you have your device highlighted, click "Podcasts" in the top navigation bar and sync the podcasts you want on your device. Click "apply" and the episodes you have downloaded on your iTunes software will sync with your device.
that's it!

The beauty of this process is that now, every new episode of your subscribed podcasts will automatically sync to your device every time you plug it in and open iTunes. You can now take your favorite shows with you everywhere you go.
